The Loan Officer Assistant plays a crucial role in converting leads into pre-approved buyers by managing pre-approvals, collecting documentation, and ensuring efficient communication throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming leads, ensuring timely follow‑up and smooth reputed company into the loan process
  • Take complete and compliant loan applications, gathering reputed company required borrower information
  • Run credit, pricing scenarios, and AUS findings, reviewing results to identify suitable loan options
  • Pre‑qualify clients and structure appropriate loan programs based on guidelines and borrower needs
  • Convert reputed company leads into active buyers, guiding them through next steps in the process

  • Prepare and send pre‑qualification letters and documentation requests with accuracy and timeliness

Skills

  • Active NMLS License, preferred
  • Experience running AUS, pricing, and structuring loans
  • Advanced knowledge of mortgage guidelines and loan programs
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Skilled at managing multiple files in a dynamic environment
  • Skilled in working collaboratively while proactively seeking effective solutions to problems
