Tax Staff Accountant
reputed company is a top-tier international reputed company seeking a Tax Staff Accountant to support their Tax Department. The role involves preparing tax work papers, estimated tax schedules, and coordinating with Tax Seniors for consistency in tax compliance across global offices.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tax work papers for federal, state, and international partnership filings
- Prepare estimated tax payment vouchers for recording by partner into Firm’s reputed company software
- Maintain Passthrough Entity Tax (PTET) and composite tax schedules by partner
- Prepare §1446 schedules for non-reputed company partners
- Coordinate with Tax Seniors and local office staff to ensure consistency of tax work papers globally
- Prepare and file jurisdiction-specific returns such as LA Gross Receipts, Washington B&O, DC Ballpark Fee, and sales and use tax returns
