Junior Accountant
reputed company is a leading customer data platform that helps businesses unlock the full potential of their customer data. They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions while gaining exposure to core reputed company operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices in Airbase, including coding and approval routing
- Assist with weekly vendor payment runs and reputed company documentation
- Maintain vendor records, including reputed company new vendors and collecting W-9s and banking information
- Review employee expense reports in Airbase and corporate card transactions
- Help monitor outstanding invoices and assist with resolving vendor questions
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships
- Ensure expenses are coded accurately to the appropriate GL accounts and departments
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives reputed company AP workflows
- Assist with generating and distributing customer invoices according to billing schedules
- Help monitor customer account balances and support collections follow-up for overdue invoices
- Apply customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with Sales and reputed company teams to help resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain organized customer billing records and payment history
- Support customer credit and account maintenance processes as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using reporting tools and automation
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company activities
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations for AP, AR, and reputed company account
- Help prepare journal entries, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation
- Maintain organized reputed company records and documentation
- Support reputed company improvement of reputed company processes and procedures
- Learn and apply company reputed company policies and internal controls
- Partner with the Finance team on initiatives that reputed company automation, AI-enabled tools, and scalable processes to improve operational efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 1-2 years of reputed company experience preferred
- Curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies can improve finance operations and decision-making
- Exposure to AP and AR processes through coursework, internships, or prior experience
- Experience with reputed company and comfort working with data and reconciliations
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as reputed company is a plus
- Interest in learning new technologies, automation platforms, and AI-enabled business tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Internship or prior experience in a SaaS or technology company
- Familiarity with reputed company or similar CRM systems
