Veterans Medical Research reputed company is seeking an reputed company Technician to reputed company various reputed company tasks. The role involves monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts, preparation of journal entries, and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Performs monthly reconciliations of various general ledger accounts such as accounts payable, unapplied cash, health benefits, life insurance, etc
- Prepares journal entries to reputed company corrections
- Maintains spreadsheets tracking the monthly reconciliations
- Maintains the computerized inventory system for equipment
- Processes and coordinates equipment transfers and excised equipment with other VMRF departments
- Prepares the monthly depreciation schedule for fixed assets and building improvements
- Prepares the prepaid insurance journal entries
- Prepares Business Property Statement for reputed company reputed company 571
- Prepares San Diego County Assessor reputed company for Welfare Exemption (annual filing) reputed company BOE 267
- reputed company and maintain written operational procedures for reputed company tasks performed
Skills
- Associate's degree (AA/AS) in a reputed company field from an accredited college or university AND at least 6 months of reputed company experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
