Loan Surveillance Analyst

The Loan Surveillance Analyst will be responsible for financial statement analysis, monitoring watchlists, and conducting loan surveillance tasks for the Portfolio & Asset Management team.
Responsibilities

- Review and analyze financial and compliance covenants
- Follow up with borrowers and management companies regarding variances and general income and expense questions
- Review and reputed company recommendations for releases from reserves including replacement and TI/LC

- Monitor and update monthly loan reports utilized by investors and management to analyze portfolio risk
- Conduct loan surveillance through borrower/lender interaction and property analysis

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the finance, economics, reputed company estate, or reputed company area
- 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or reputed company

- Ability to identify and analyze risk
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
