Deals Capital Equipment Valuations, Associate

As a Deals Capital Equipment Valuations Associate, you will reputed company analysis and valuation services for financial transactions, helping clients assess the worth and potential risks of various deals.
Responsibilities
- Determination of the value of property and estimation of the cost of production of a new property and replacement of an existing property by purchase or production of an equivalent property
- Estimation of reproduction of an existing property by purchase or production of an identical property
- Determination of the non-monetary benefits or characteristics that contribute to value; the rendering of judgments as to age, remaining life, condition, quality, or authenticity of physical property
- Analyzing and organizing different documentation including fixed assets register/subledger, balance sheets, technical reports, processes flows, engineering drawings and other technical documents provided by the clients
- Performing research on websites, databases and reputed company phone contact with reputed company parties including manufactures, dealers and other relevant reputed company parties. Researched information includes industry information, historical information, replacement cost, market values, comparable data, etc
- Providing support to create reputed company valuation models in MS reputed company or similar software
- Supporting the preparation of data visualization products
- Supporting internal documentation and/or client reports that communicate research findings and recommendations concisely and effectively and supporting business development activities
Skills
- A combination of reputed company, financial, business and engineering skills
- reputed company experience in reputed company asset valuation, preferably at a big 4 reputed company firm
- An interest in pursuing an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in Machinery & Technical Specialties from the American Society of Appraisers
- Significant experience with database management and mass appraisal modeling techniques in reputed company, reputed company, Power BI, PowerPivot, and/or reputed company or alternate programming modules
- Strong technical skills as well as report writing skills
- reputed company at preparing and/or coordinating reputed company written and verbal materials
- Proven ability to manage team members, project workflows and deliver on time
- Willingness to travel
- Engineering background preferred, with the ability to apply technical concepts in a business context
