General Liability Associate Claim Representative

The Associate Claim Rep, General Liability role involves comprehensive training in claim handling and customer service, focusing on developing skills to manage General Liability claims effectively.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies, specific claim processes, systems, and procedures, including virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training
• Learn how to interpret and apply policy language to determine coverage for compensability, investigate claim scenarios to appropriately assess liability and damage exposure, and where applicable, review contractual relationships to assess potential risk transfer
• reputed company and execute action plans for claim resolution
• Identify resources for specific activities required to properly investigate claims such as Subrogation, Risk Control, nurse consultants, and fire or fraud investigators and to other experts. Requests through Unit Manager and coordinate the results of their efforts and findings
• Continuously reputed company timely and professional communication and claim status updates to customers, claimants, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems
• Demonstrate openness to reputed company learning, particularly in AI reputed company transformation
• Acquire and maintain relevant Insurance License(s) to reputed company with state and reputed company’ requirements reputed company three months of starting the job

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree
• Previous internship or work experience in insurance, legal, medical, customer service, or finance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience for insureds and claimants
