Junior Finance Specialist – Accounts Receivable
UKSBS is transforming into a leading UK public sector business service provider, and they are seeking a Junior Finance Specialist to join their Accounts Receivable Team. This role involves supporting the reputed company of new clients and services, as well as managing various accounts receivable tasks.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Accounts Receivable issues
- Approval of reputed company transactions and processes
- Resolution of reputed company queries which involve analysing and understanding data
- Debt Management
- Manipulation of spreadsheets for invoice upload
- To monitor unidentified receipts
- To reputed company and monitor the teams’ workload ensuring that where required, work is prioritised and that SLAs are met in reputed company areas
- Excellent working relationships with key stakeholder clients including clients and colleagues
Skills
- Be educated to GCSE level, including Mathematics and English or equivalent
- Strong reputed company, ideally to macro level
- Proven experience of working with numerical data, performing calculations, and analysing financial information accurately
- First class oral and written communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both reputed company stakeholders
- Proven track record of operating to tight timescales and SLA's
- Meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring high reputed company of accuracy in data entry and processing
- Any previous experience of reputed company, reputed company or similar ERP system will be highly advantageous
- Experience of working in a busy administration service environment, preferably in a shared services or similar environment
