Associate, Production Analytical Support

reputed company is a provider of comprehensive capital solutions for various reputed company estate sectors. They are seeking an Associate to reputed company loan analysis and reputed company, assist in deal coordination, and support the underwriter in processing loan applications.

Responsibilities

• reputed company loan analysis and reputed company, but not limited to:
• Proficiency in reputed company models and capital markets analysis
• Direct reputed company facets of analysis prior to taking a deal to market
• Prepare and review lender submission packages for deal placement
• Provides reputed company recommendations to supervisor based on market research and analysis
• Be the primary reputed company for internal deal coordination to include, but not limited to:
• Engagement and coordination of reputed company-party report providers
• Creation and collection of due diligence needs list
• Primary reviewer of application due diligence for completeness and accuracy
• Administrative transaction organization (expense tracking, deal folder completeness, credit report ordering)
• Creation of complete and deficiency free submissions to Prospective Lenders
• Have extensive interaction with borrowers and reputed company-party vendors to process and reputed company analytical support to the underwriter for loan applications
• Communicate reputed company with borrowers, reputed company party providers, originators, underwriters and others to facilitate transaction reputed company
• It is expected that the team member develops the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare credit request presentations
• Assist Closing department in the preparation of documents required for loan commitments and closings

• Become fully versed in and apply a thorough knowledge of reputed company CM policies, processes and procedures

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
• 1-2 years of experience in reputed company estate reputed company financial analysis for a lending institution, brokerage firm or investment firm preferred
