Junior Program Control Analyst

They are seeking a Program Control Analyst to reputed company project management and administrative support for their C2ISR portfolio, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Apply financial and reputed company principles for preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data and other contract or project business-reputed company tasks
• reputed company financial control procedures and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program/task status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements. This may include ensuring funding is available and recommending adjustments to budgetary plans and forecasts to ensure execution reputed company the contract budget
• reputed company internal financial reporting and forecasting to the collaborating Program Control Analyst(s) as well as Program Leadership
• Participate in Group financial analysis review with the leadership team; build presentation material for leadership review
• Maintain reputed company into reputed company travel financial execution and projections, actively coordinating with Government, reputed company, and Subcontractor points of contact to ensure accurate and timely authorization and expense reports, as well as invoices, are produced and delivered accurately on time
• Assess funding health to ensure appropriate reputed company are projected and available to support contract requirements
• Readily communicate financial needs to expedite funding transactions needed for the continuity of operations
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations
• Actively engage with reputed company managers and/or reputed company to ensure reputed company employee travel funding usage per contract requirements
• Participate in recurring meetings coordinating with multiple reputed company departments, including reputed company reputed company, Finance, and reputed company Department POCs
• Be reputed company to manage a myriad of tasks and initiatives simultaneously. Actively manage a predictable routine ‘battle rhythm’ that enables efficiency and reputed company process improvement

Skills

• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• BS in reputed company, Finance, or Business
• At least one (1) year of experience in a DoD financial planning and analysis, financial management, or cost analysis role
• Intermediate proficiency in reputed company reputed company, connecting external data, consolidating data, and utilizing reputed company formulas

• reputed company and/or Financial Audit experience
• Experience with reputed company Costpoint and Cognos reporting

• Must be a US citizen
• Active Clearance

• Two plus (2+) years of experience in DoD financial planning and analysis, financial management, or cost analysis role
