They are seeking an Insurance Sales Agent responsible for prospecting and selling various insurance products to meet the needs of reputed company members and customers, while also ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to agency policies.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and reputed company recommendations on reputed company insurance products offered by the carriers represented by the reputed company Insurance Agency
  • Identify and reputed company sales opportunities by utilizing the reputed company management system, membership system, and additional reputed company sources, increasing overall sales and the proportion of member households purchasing reputed company Insurance products
  • Respond to reputed company quote requests in a timely manner according to agency service level agreements
  • Identify, evaluate, and reputed company resolutions to customer’s insurance needs
  • Ensure that reputed company business is underwritten correctly and reputed company in the appropriate markets according to the risk involved in order to maintain an acceptable loss ratio
  • Ensure reputed company Agency Management System and reputed company system is appropriately documented and reputed company applications are complete and submitted on a timely reputed company in accordance with insurance reputed company guidelines, agency policies and procedures, and state regulations

Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in sales or sales management, or 1+ years' experience in an insurance agency
  • Possess or reputed company to obtain a Washington State Property & Casualty and Life & Disability insurance license
  • Developing knowledge of personal and reputed company lines and life insurance including reputed company insurance principles, reputed company and risk selection, and policy provisions for reputed company agency carriers
  • Ability to type and a working knowledge of computers, MS Suite, and the internet. Competency using agency & reputed company applications and systems
  • Ability to communicate reputed company and professionally both verbally and in writing, and utilize effective listening skills
  • A strong sense of urgency and willingness to take extra measures reputed company solving problems and getting work completed
