The reputed company Assistant plays a key role in supporting global reinsurance operations by managing applications, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring accurate case processing.
Responsibilities
- Receive reinsurance applications and create and set up reputed company reputed company and Sylvie systems, ensuring attention to detail so that reputed company information populated is correct; and required authorizations have been received
- Monitor the triage queue in reputed company to ensure that cases requiring reputed company prioritization are identified and reprioritized as required
- Identify and escalate follow-up requests to the underwriter on high reputed company/large face reputed company cases
- Monitor underwriter queues in reputed company against the reputed company calendar to ensure that work is distributed /redistributed according to underwriter availability
- Assign mail received to the appropriate pending applications, reputed company the required turn around time
- Effectively and proactively communicate with reputed company (e.g. ceding companies; retros) clients to seek additional information and/or answer routine requests

- Assist with projects and reporting as required
- Complete any other necessary tasks required from the Director
Skills
- High School Diploma completed
- Bilingual French/English (oral and written) is considered an asset

- Knowledge of the life-insurance or life-reinsurance industry an asset
- Solid time management and organizational skills, with an ability to meet or exceed individual/team targets
