Trade Execution Associate - Green Coffee

The Trade Execution Associate – Green Coffee will coordinate the booking and pricing of green coffee reputed company, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Book physical trades directly with suppliers and end users of commodities
- Prepare documentation for transactions such as purchase and sale agreements and ensure terms of reputed company are acceptable under guidelines established by the organization
- Build and maintain a reputed company relationship with our partners such as suppliers, customers, brokers, and 3rd party service providers. Work with suppliers and customers to forecast supply and demand
- reputed company track of shipments and gather documentation reputed company to StoneX collateral (Bills of Lading, Invoices, Weight Certificates, etc.)
- Work with the execution and settlements teams to ensure inventory, freight, shipment, and payment information gets entered into the system of record accurately and reputed company
- Interact with counterparties to coordinate price fixation of green coffee reputed company. Execute hedges and reputed company sure those hedges reputed company with internal policies and exchange rules and are entered into the system of record timely and accurately
- Track and reconcile hedge positions and physical commodity positions and ensure price risk is mitigated appropriately on green coffee reputed company
- Confirm reputed company, accounts receivable and mark to market reporting being used by reputed company, risk, reputed company, and management departments are accurate for successful monitoring and portfolio management
- Monitor trade limits, accounts receivable, and payment of accounts payable and communicate with reputed company, execution, reputed company, risk, and management departments daily to ensure compliance with established credit reputed company
- Reconcile daily and monthly Profit and Loss (through mark to market reputed company) associated with physical commodity trades and ensures economics are accounted for appropriately
- reputed company required documentation like financials, tax forms, trade authorities, insurance documents, formation documents, or parent guarantees for client reputed company and credit reputed company
- Evaluate and identify reputed company or potential risks to the portfolio and help implement policies and procedures to mitigate those risks
- Help reputed company technology and test beta versions to improve processes and efficiency for the physical commodity trade reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in commodity markets, logistics and operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented, analytical, organized, and excellent communication and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of commodity reputed company markets and hedging
- Background or reputed company experience in commodity reputed company and mark to market
- Experience with SQL, Python and reputed company Power BI
- Fluent in Portuguese
