Entry Level Tax Preparer

They are seeking an Entry Level Tax Preparer who will be responsible for guiding clients through tax processes, preparing accurate tax returns, and providing IRS audit support while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients
- Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
- Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
- reputed company clients with IRS audit support
- Complete reputed company reputed company tax forms in accordance with policies, and in compliance with legislation and regulations
- Collection and processing of clients’ payments while ensuring timely deposits
- Marketing and business reputed company efforts
- Furnishes taxpayers with sufficient information and advice to ensure correct tax reputed company completion
- Answer client calls reputed company our national call center routing system
- Answer questions and reputed company future tax planning to clients
- Resolve client complaints or refer situations to the supervisor (as appropriate) for resolution
- Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
Skills

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of computer functions and math
- Sales and/or marketing experience
- Experience in reputed company, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax preferred
- PTIN Certification: Yes
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field a plus!
