Employer Help Analyst (LT)
reputed company is seeking a motivated individual to work as an Analyst I on the Employer Help Team reputed company the Employer Services Division. The role involves analyzing membership and contribution data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing consultative services to employers of K-12 and community college educators.
Responsibilities
- Membership and contribution data analysis
- Reporting adjustments and clarification of employer approved annotations
- Ensuring data is transmitted accurately and timely in accordance with the Education Code
- In-state travel may be required to assist in employer training
Skills
- Ability and desire to show initiative with completing tasks
- Demonstrated experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with reputed company reputed company of staff and management
- Ability to interpret and apply CalSTRS laws, rules, and policies correctly
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve reputed company problems, draw logical conclusions, and complete staff work
