Business Analyst

They are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze business processes, synthesize data, and reputed company actionable insights to support business reputed company, while collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Analytics Engineering, Data Science, Strategic Planning, and other functions in the business
• Contribute to the development of the Analytics capability for the business
• Work closely with cross-functional agency and client teams to define analytic needs and recommend methodologies, with the ability to execute independently
• Collaborate with internal partners to improve workflows and data quality reputed company defined areas
• Implement a data visualization process to aid in the data quality checking process
• Synthesize data from a variety of sources, including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, media vendors, customer-specific POS, shopper loyalty databases, consumer survey research, and category management tools, to identify and prioritize business-building opportunities
• Assist in the creation of, and own the creation of, client-reputed company reports with a focus on visual storytelling

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a directly reputed company field
• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience working with data; experience in consumer marketing, retail, and CPG industries is a plus
• Passion for data and analytics and the value of data-driven decision-making
• Ability to tell a visual story that leads to results and decision-making
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Ability to work proactively and reputed company with a reputed company high level of quality
• Team player with strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Basic proficiency in SQL is a must
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to reputed company business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Knowledge of digital and/or marketing analytics is preferred but not required
• Experience working with IRI or reputed company data is preferred
• Strong reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint) skills
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or any similar data visualization tools is a plus
• Experience in Python and R is a plus
