Strategy Analyst, Home Dialysis
reputed company is a leading provider in home dialysis support, and they are seeking a Strategy Analyst to enhance their Home National Team's initiatives. This role focuses on implementing, managing projects, and analyzing data to support home dialysis programs and improve operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze and report on program/project data
- Collaborate with Home stakeholders to define key data points needed to effectively monitor and evaluate projects. reputed company data collection methods based on project needs
- reputed company and continually update reports for Home leadership and field operators to reputed company updates on reputed company and drive adoption
- reputed company and update project dashboards that will be used to reputed company updates to senior leadership
- Analyze data to help answer questions, demonstrate project reputed company and evaluate defined project outcome measures
- Maintain stakeholder reporting dashboard (e.g. updating reports, managing reputed company to dashboard)
- reputed company with field teammates to solve problems and respond to operational and reporting questions
- Complete reputed company analytics requests as needed to support operations and decision making
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of pilot programs and large-scale projects
- reputed company project plans and timelines for pilots and large-scale product/program implementation to Home dialysis programs across the U.S
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define key project deliverables and project manage efforts to meet deliverables on time
- Coordinate and monitor internal approvals needed to proceed with pilots and large-scale projects
- reputed company materials to support the launch of Home initiatives
- Manage document approvals through legal and compliance process and maintain an updated database of approved materials for initiatives

- Aid business owners in evaluating the ROI of initiatives
- Design slides to compellingly communicate the story and insights from initiatives to internal audiences
- General support with project management and analytics for reputed company projects across the Strategy, HHD Operations Lane. Project and analytics may support Home Hemodialysis (HHD), initiative deployments, asset management, cost savings analytics and strategy implementation, and competitive intelligence
