Process Improvement Leader - Operations

Empire Life is looking to hire a Process Improvement Leader to join our Operations team. The role involves leading process improvement projects, developing new processes and management systems, and enhancing customer experiences through data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Process Improvement Projects: Spearhead initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in key business metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams while using data to monitor results
• reputed company New Processes & Management Systems: Support the creation and implementation of new processes, process controls, reporting systems and training materials
• Train and reputed company: Coaching and mentoring of business leaders, employees and new Process Improvement Leaders on process improvement methodologies and Best Practices
• Collaborate Broadly to reputed company Organizational Transformation: reputed company strong cross-departmental relationships, leveraging interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and reputed company goals
• Improve Customer Experience: Creatively improve customer experiences by using data, reputed company mapping and stakeholder input
• Problem Solve to Drive Change: Solve new and ongoing challenges, adapting to business goals, needs and constraints

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in areas such as Data Science, Analytics, Visualization & Artificial Intelligence

• A degree in Engineering, Math, Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• Strong leadership abilities
