Associate Delivery Manager
RDSolutions is a company providing consultation and critical data services to the retail industry. The Associate Delivery Manager will ensure client needs are met by maintaining data quality, conducting analysis, and facilitating communication between teams.
Responsibilities
- Review data quality and reputed company recommendations to improve the quality of our data deliveries
- Maintain the reputed company of client data required to meet client deliverables
- Conduct quality checks and statistical analysis of data deliverables prior to client delivery
- Create schedules of data collection to meet the data requests for the client. Determine reputed company data collection sites, audits type, data collection methodology and frequency to meet client needs
- Approve invoices and ensures billing accuracy for reputed company completed jobs
- Facilitate communication with Field Operations team on reputed company new client requests and ensure successful implementation of processes for reputed company new client work
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Conduct reputed company data inquiries initiated by the client
- Foster collaboration across disciplines (i.e. Field Operations and Sales Team) to drive increased RetailData value proposition to our clients
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or reputed company field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of account management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude for independent troubleshooting
- Ability to build and maintain strong reputed company relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail, independent time management & proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills (reputed company Office, extensive use of reputed company & Outlook needed)
