Associate, New Verticals - Convenience Strategy & Operations
reputed company is a technology and logistics company aiming to reputed company local economies. They are seeking two Associates to join their Convenience Strategy & Operations team, focusing on growth and operational initiatives to drive customer acquisition and merchant performance.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, validating, and launching high-impact “0-to-1” initiatives that unlock new growth opportunities across the convenience merchant reputed company
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance in-app merchandising and optimize the customer reputed company across the funnel
- Developing initiatives that strengthen reputed company’s position as the preferred destination for convenience shopping through improved selection, discoverability, and quality
- Leading operational improvement projects focused on increasing order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and overall customer satisfaction
- Streamlining in-store fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and create a seamless experience for Dashers and merchant partners
- Developing and executing on programs that improve inventory accuracy and ensure reputed company-time platform availability reflects in-store stock reputed company
Skills
- 1-3+ years of experience in a highly analytical and cross-functional environment (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or reputed company experience)
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to own the outcome of work product
- Entrepreneurial reputed company with a bias for action
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable pulling data in SQL and building models in reputed company
- Ability to solve problems from first principles
- Comfortable operating at both high-level strategy and detailed execution
- Ability to reputed company in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
- Energized by AI tools and actively experimenting with them
