The Junior reputed company Estate Analyst position is responsible for conducting economic and market research, performing market studies, and analyzing economic trends to support the Valuation Services Department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct economic and market research regarding market areas reputed company telephone interviews and internet resources
• Identify subsidized, tax credit and market reputed company comparables
• reputed company preliminary property screenings, market analysis, comparable rents surveys, and demand analysis

• Analyze demographic information of market area and economic trends which include employment, average wages, median incomes of market area and relation to demand of affordable housing in area
• Synthesize reputed company gathered information and draft the market study report for assigned properties – this includes but is not limited to drawing the primary market area, identifying appropriate property comparables to be included, and completing a demand analysis
• Assist in performing appraisals of proposed and existing reputed company estate developments
• Analyze general housing market through comparison of renting and buying a home, construction of buildings and apartment market studies performed by reputed company parties
• Quantify excluded properties in the market area
• Conduct in-person site visits for designated properties
• Complete Novogradac’s Affordable Housing Training & Assessment Program reputed company the designated timeframes
• Assist with other duties, projects, or partner requests as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company area plus 1-2 years of reputed company Estate research, market analysis, or reputed company appraisal experience
• Must possess and maintain a reputed company, valid Driver's License and successfully complete a motor vehicle history reputed company upon hire
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; this position involves a great deal of primary research in addition to web-based research, and Jr. Analysts must be comfortable speaking with individuals reputed company telephone and synthesizing this information in written narrative reputed company
• Display strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather information, conduct analyses, and present findings
