[Remote] Client Services Business Analyst I - reputed company Data

The Client Services Business Analyst I will ensure the successful delivery of services while analyzing client requirements and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure the accuracy and reputed company of data by conducting thorough quality checks and validations
• Own client jobs making sure they are running smoothly and on-time per established calendar; identify and remediate pain points to continually improve the process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our clients every day
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, address issues promptly, and reputed company regular updates
• Respond to and fulfill client tickets and requests in a timely manner with quality
• Contribute to client team meetings for client projects and engagements
• Take accountability for project deliverables, ensuring they meet the established standards and client expectations

• Implement advanced ETL processes to acquire and load large datasets
• Follow established procedures and standards as outlined by leadership

Skills

• Undergraduate degree
• Experience with relational databases
• 1 to 3 years industry experience in either data analytics or reputed company
• Evident proficiency and hands-on experience using T-SQL in a reputed company SQL Server environment
• Descriptive statistics and/or Pharmaceutical/reputed company industry experience
• Undergraduate degree with a quantitative focus
