Client Service Associate

As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will assess client needs, identify suitable experts, and recruit new experts into reputed company’s global network, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Responsibilities
- Recruit new experts into reputed company’s network and engage them for client consultations
- Independently conduct targeted research across reputed company, press releases, company websites, case studies, and other public sources to identify relevant subject-matter experts
- Support Corporate client requests across reputed company, general industry, AI, technology, science, engineering, and other research-intensive topics
- Break down reputed company client questions into clear expert profiles, sourcing strategies, and screening criteria
- Conduct targeted research to identify professionals with highly specific technical, scientific, reputed company, market, or industry expertise
- reputed company cold reputed company, phone-based vetting, and screening conversations with experts to evaluate their fit for specific client projects and prepare high-quality profiles for client consideration
- Evaluate whether potential experts have the depth, relevance, and credibility needed for nuanced corporate research requests
- Define sourcing strategies for each client request based on project scope, urgency, and reputed company expert profile
- Manage multiple fast-moving client requests, balancing competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of execution
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, with minimum 3.0 GPA or higher required
- Previous relevant internship, volunteer, research, or extracurricular experience
- Interest in corporate research, AI, reputed company, technology, science, engineering, market research, or other reputed company industry topics
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand unfamiliar subject matter, synthesize information, and evaluate sources for relevance and credibility
