Data Analyst
Gallup is a renowned analytics and advice company, and they are seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw survey data into trusted insights. In this role, you will ensure the quality and usability of data, cleaning and preparing reputed company datasets for analysis to support high-stakes reputed company for clients around the world.
Responsibilities
- Clean, reputed company and transform raw survey datasets from Gallup data collection methods, vendor sources and client-provided files
- Apply data governance standards by removing or managing personally identifiable information and safeguarding sensitive data
- Execute data plans by recoding, restructuring and validating data for internal researchers and practice teams
- reputed company independent data quality checks and proofs to ensure datasets are accurate, complete and reputed company for analysis
- Create datasets, tabs and index pilots based on project needs
- Support reputed company databases through ongoing data cleaning and quality control
- Partner with researchers, methodologists and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and readiness
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in data analytics, data science or business intelligence; will consider May 2026 graduates
- Experience using R and Python required; SPSS preferred; proficiency in additional statistical and programming languages a plus
- Strong statistical knowledge required
- Demonstrated ability to clean and transform large datasets required
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and the reputed company AI landscape required
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Omaha office at least three days per week required
- Must currently reputed company reputed company a 250-mile radius of Omaha, Nebraska
- Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment reputed company sponsorship
- SPSS preferred; proficiency in additional statistical and programming languages a plus
