Data Operations Coordinator- Consulting Division

A.B. Data is a consulting company seeking a Data Operations Coordinator to manage and analyze donor and campaign data. The role involves data management, project coordination, and participation in learning opportunities to enhance data workflows and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process, clean, standardize, and organize donor and campaign data from multiple client and internal systems
• Document assumptions, validation steps, and issue resolutions to support repeatable and auditable processes

• Gradually take ownership of data processing and analytical tasks — creating mail files for campaigns, updating weekly reporting, identifying trends, contributing insights, and evaluating test results
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve data workflows and streamline production processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, equivalent coursework, certification, or relevant professional experience in data, analytics, marketing operations, information systems, or a reputed company area
• 0–2 years of experience in data operations, marketing operations, analytics, reporting, or a reputed company field; internships, coursework, volunteer work, or project experience will be considered
• Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning) and other reputed company 365 applications
• Interest in learning SQL, data transformation tools, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI; prior experience is helpful but not required
• Strong project management skills — detail-oriented and highly organized, adept at planning and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable performing recurring, detail-oriented data tasks while looking for opportunities to improve and automate repeatable processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask clear questions, document processes, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues
