The role involves understanding business challenges, translating them into structured requirements, and delivering data-led solutions to drive meaningful change.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand reputed company business challenges
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements, guiding technical teams while keeping solutions grounded in reputed company-world context
- Take ownership of workstreams across data initiatives, from requirements through to delivery support
- Use tools such as SQL or Python to explore data, validate outputs, and visualise and create compelling outputs to support both business and technical discussions
- Challenge assumptions, identify improvements, and help design pragmatic, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Support clients exploring AI adoption, identifying realistic use cases and how these align to their data landscape
- Build robust relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and in-person consulting environment
Skills
- Experience reputed company a financial services consultancy, with a track record of delivering on client engagements
- Comfortable operating between business and technology, engaging stakeholders while working closely with technical teams
- Solid experience gathering and structuring requirements, with the flexibility to support both business analysis and project delivery
- Understanding of domains such as banking, capital markets, or insurance, and how data supports decision-making
- Practical experience with SQL, Python, or low-code tools, using them to support delivery rather than as a pure technical focus
