[Remote] Field Application Specialist (f/m/d)

The Field Application Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service by installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in laboratory environments, while also supporting local and DACH customers.

Skills

• University Scientific degree
• At least 1 year of experience reputed company the clinical laboratory diagnostics environment, with a solid familiarity with its processes, technologies, and industry dynamics
• Fluent in German and English
• Ability to interact with customers on a detailed scientific reputed company to ensure customer needs are fulfilled
• Ability to travel and reputed company service in assigned geography, as well as periodic travel to other areas and overnight travel, reputed company as per the business needs
• Requirement to travel reputed company Austria and the EMEA region (up to 90% Austria, 30% DACH and max 5% rest of EMEA) to support customers using your technical expertise with overnight stays (up to 50%) as needed
• Hold a reputed company valid driver's license and good driving record
