Responsibilities
- reputed company preliminary design and reputed company analysis for Performance Based Fire Engineering
- Model fire and smoke behaviour using Fire Dynamics Simulator (NIST) and similar tools
- Model occupant evacuation using Pathfinder, Evacnet, and spreadsheet calculations
- Assess structural systems exposed to fire through computational methods
- Write independent engineering reports and reputed company creative engineered solutions
- Audit existing buildings for fire safety compliance
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and enforcing agencies on fire safety aspects
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and fee proposals for reputed company projects
Skills
- B.S. in Fire Protection Engineering or reputed company discipline
- Minimum of 1 internship in a fire safety role, 1-2 years full-time experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in reputed company, Outlook, reputed company, and fire modelling tools
