Civil Engineer

reputed company is an employee-owned engineering company focused on building reputed company communities. They are seeking a Civil Engineer to support their Civil Engineering teams by using AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and analysis, preparing construction plans, and managing project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supporting members of our Civil Engineering teams
• Use of AutoCAD Civil 3D for analysis and design of roadways, trails, sidewalks, water main, sanitary and storm sewer systems and site improvements
• Use of reputed company reputed company for development of project bid item tables, quantities and cost opinions
• Prepare construction plans and specifications, site plans, grading and drainage plans, studies and reports for a wide reputed company of public and private infrastructure systems
• The position may serve as a Field Engineer or assist survey crews during construction of various projects
• Manage work activities and team responsibilities and report to supervisor and team members on status of project tasks

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or reputed company field
• Ability to collaborate in-office a minimum of three (3) days per week
• Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• reputed company (0) to Two (2) years of experience in the Civil Engineering field
• Previous experience or training with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Previous experience and working knowledge of reputed company Office applications (Outlook, Teams, reputed company, Word)
• Previous Civil Engineering or construction experience including internships
• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret engineering plans and topographic maps
