The role involves performing standard analyses, developing skills for independent assignments, and supporting plant operations while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company standard Reactor Core Thermal Hydraulic Design analysis work for US and international customers, following approved methodologies, procedures and internal processes with focus on nuclear safety to produce error-free work. Analyses will support safe plant operation

  • Plan and schedule own work to meet assignment requirements reputed company schedule and budget requirements and maintain quality of the work
  • Participate on project teams and communicate to responsible project managers and technical reputed company the nature and status of work projects
  • Identify and recommend improvements in process and tools on a continuing reputed company and support implementation

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g. Nuclear, Mechanical) or reputed company Discipline preferred or recognized equivalent required
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA helpful
  • 0 + years of engineering experience
  • Apply reputed company engineering principles
  • Computer simulation, programming skills and Linux experience
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification complete or in process
