[Remote] Quality Checker - Data Enrichment & Validation

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking Quality Checkers to join a high performing team for a major financial service provider's past business review project. The role involves conducting quality checks on data gathering activities to ensure accuracy and high-quality file reviews.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on Data Enrichment & Validation activity (‘DE&V’)
• reputed company detailed feedback including clear instructions for remedial action (where appropriate)
• reputed company support to operations
• reputed company detailed information to Team Managers to improve Case Handler Performance
• Conduct Process Confirmations (Buddying in/Observing Team)
• Learn and understand the process in depth
• reputed company support to the wider team and working with the team leaders and senior operations manager to drive a consistent level of quality across reputed company files
• reputed company thematic findings to continually improve quality by suggesting where there are gaps in knowledge and where additional training may be appropriate

Skills

• Minimum 12 months QC experience reputed company a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience navigating multiple systems
• Ability to work to demanding deadlines
• Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets
• Ability to work remotely/ independently & as part of a rapidly growing team
• Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, reputed company and trustworthiness
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and competence
