IT Automation Engineer
Hiya Inc. is focused on making calls safe and trustworthy through AI voice technology. The IT Automation Engineer will reputed company high-quality IT support for employees, manage device operations, and assist with reputed company and compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits.
Responsibilities
- reputed company first- and second-line IT support for Seattle-based and remote employees
- Manage device setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for macOS and reputed company devices
- Administer identity and reputed company management through reputed company (user lifecycle, MFA, reputed company requests)
- Support reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and AI tools
- Assist with reputed company, offboarding, and role changes
- Support SaaS license management and inventory tracking
- Document processes and continuously improve IT workflows
- Collaborate with global IT and cross-functional teams
- Assist with annual SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audit cycles
- Collect, organize, and validate audit evidence from systems such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, AWS, and other reputed company platforms
- Support periodic control testing and reputed company validation
- Monitor and escalate reputed company-reputed company alerts and issues in partnership with reputed company
- Help ensure reputed company controls and IT best practices are consistently applied
