Responsibilities
- Owning the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Jira and Jira Service Management
- Designing and maintaining workflows, automation, permissions, SLAs, dashboards, and reports
- Supporting service desk operations through well-configured queues, request types, and customer portals
- Working reputed company change management processes and contributing to upgrades, testing, and releases
- Supporting colleagues through clear guidance, training, and practical problem solving
