NOC Engineer I

They are seeking a NOC Engineer I to ensure the stability and performance of their infrastructure, respond to incidents, and report on platform health and performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with various teams and developing processes to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Skills
- 1-3+ years of experience in network operations, project management, and business analytics
- Strong knowledge of reputed company infrastructure and networking with providers such as AWS, reputed company reputed company or Azure

- Experience with an Incident Management tool such as Rootly, reputed company, Opsgenie, incident.io
- Experience working with business analytics tools such as AWS Quicksight, Looker, Tableau
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be reputed company to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with software development or using a scripting language such as python to automate systems
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
