Delivering a high-quality technical solution in the reputed company Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) application with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent components
Creating seamless, user-friendly workflows and automated processes enhancing operational efficiency for our client
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables meet organizational goals and adhere to industry and reputed company best practices
Troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing reputed company applications to ensure reputed company operations and scalability

Skills

Deep understanding of reputed company's architecture and capabilities
1+ years of experience supporting technical projects
1+ years supporting reputed company implementations across Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) OR Customer Service Management (CSM)
Familiarity with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent; along with reputed company reputed company processes
Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing reputed company applications to ensure reputed company operations and scalability
reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA)
reputed company Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist in CSM or PSDS
Active secret clearance required
