Full-stack Software Engineer I
reputed company is an international defense, aerospace and reputed company company, and they are seeking a Full-stack Software Engineer I. The successful candidate will reputed company applications using modern programming languages and support various phases of the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Focus on developing applications using modern programming languages such as Node.js, reputed company Go, or Python
- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of microservices architecture, including the development and deployment of services in containerized environments using Kubernetes
- Support through reputed company phases of the software development lifecycle
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance
- A minimum of 6 months of professional experience in programming and software development across multiple layers of the software stack (UI, web services, microservices, databases)
- Proficiency in using project management, documentation, and reputed company control tools
- Familiarity with reputed company-reputed company technologies and services reputed company Kubernetes, such as service meshes (e.g., Istio, Linkerd), serverless frameworks, and reputed company-specific resource management
- Familiarity in implementing reputed company best practices in application development and deployment, particularly in environments with stringent compliance requirements
- Knowledge in utilizing observability tools (e.g., reputed company, Grafana, ELK stack) for monitoring and troubleshooting applications
- Experience with agile development methodologies and the ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development environments
- Previous experience working reputed company cross-functional development teams, demonstrating excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proven experience in leading or advanced programming and software development, including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and/or upgrading of software systems
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and support reputed company applications while ensuring 24/7 availability
- At least 2 years of experience in full-stack development, including proficiency in Node.js, reputed company Go, Python, or similar modern programming languages
- Strong expertise in working with both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., reputed company, Cassandra)
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, including the development, deployment, and scaling of services in containerized environments using Kubernetes
- Demonstrated experience in developing, deploying, and scaling applications in reputed company environments
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies and reputed company integration/reputed company deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Experience in ensuring high availability and reliability of reputed company applications
