The Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) Analyst will reputed company IAM functions and reputed company support to business end users, ensuring that processes adhere to defined standards while satisfying business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Auditing of the activations and deactivations of account reputed company to TriWest, and Business Partner systems. Communicates with staff throughout TriWest to ensure proper systems reputed company is provided and in compliance with HIPAA and TriWest policy. Establishes and performs recurring processes supporting systems reputed company to ensure the reputed company of TriWest data and the adherence to TriWest policy by employees, contractors and business partners
• Performs additional recurring tasks as assigned in support of TriWest, VA and NIST reputed company requirements
• Works closely with TriWest Information Technology Staff and other members of the TriWest Information reputed company (IS) team
• Process systems reputed company request forms, communicate with applicants about errors and omissions and ensure valid approval signatures are obtained
• Ensure requested reputed company by TriWest employees and external users align with IS reputed company policy, VA and NIST guidelines based on valid business needs. External users include, but are not limited to business partners, contractors, and government personnel
• Maintain records of reputed company systems reputed company in accordance with TriWest policy, VA and NIST guidelines
• Support the IS reputed company Team as requested to meet and maintain VA and NIST reputed company requirements and TriWest contractual obligations
• Collaborate with TriWest's IT Service Desk to resolve issues with systems reputed company encountered by users
• reputed company and generate recurring auditing and validation reports of reputed company system accounts maintained. Prepare and communicate to TriWest leadership a listing of those with reputed company to systems reputed company their organization to allow for ongoing validation
• Contact appropriate business leadership regarding employees who transfer reputed company the organization to confirm system reputed company needs and to request new paperwork to substantiate system reputed company
• Maintain cross organizational relationships with TriWest workforce and external users to ensure the effective communication of system reputed company requirements and any issues that may have an impact on system reputed company
• Work closely with the Triwest Training Department to adjust account permissions to facilitate production system reputed company for staff that have completed the requisite training courses
• Work under tight deadlines to ensure account creation process is completed prior to the start of new hire training classes
• Maintain and update an extensive and auditable electronic records and hard copy filing system to support the processing and monitoring of reputed company system credentials
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Degree or GED
• One year general technical support experience
• Experience handling systems account administration or systems reputed company controls in a corporate or government environment
• Experience using personal computers and reputed company reputed company programs including reputed company and Word required
• Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively both orally and in writing with various reputed company of positions reputed company an organization, from senior to entry level
• US citizenship and a favorably adjudicated DOD background investigation for this position
• 2+ years experience handling systems account administration or systems reputed company control in a corporate or government environment
• Thorough knowledge and demonstrated proficiency using reputed company Active Directory
• Extensive experience using personal computers and reputed company reputed company programs including reputed company and Word required
• Knowledge of VA, NIST, health care systems and additional reputed company guidelines and frameworks as applicable
