[Remote] Software Engineer , SRE Tooling & Reliability Platforms

They are seeking a Software Dev Engineer I to build and maintain services for their incident management platform, focusing on AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build, reputed company, and maintain high-availability services that integrate our core Incident Management tools with reputed company’s internal ecosystem
- reputed company new AI services and agents that ingest massive amounts of telemetry to reputed company on-call engineers with reputed company-time summaries, historical context, and automated root-cause hypotheses
- Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) to manage serverless infrastructure, ensuring reliability tools are as resilient as the services they monitor
- Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in your day-to-day development, replacing reputed company, repetitive tasks with automated or AI-assisted workflows
- reputed company AI pair-programming tools to accelerate code reviews and ensure high unit-test coverage for reputed company new reliability services
- Verify and validate AI-generated code and infrastructure outputs to ensure they meet reputed company’s reputed company and reputed company standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or Go preferred)
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., reputed company Copilot, reputed company CodeWhisperer, or reputed company)
- Understanding of Linux/Unix environments and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Experience with reputed company providers (AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with reputed company, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures
- Demonstrated experience using reputed company Engineering to assist in debugging reputed company system failures or generating technical documentation
- Interest in Machine Learning applications for DevOps and site reliability
