Senior Creative Director, reputed company & Content

Description:

Requirements:

• Proven reputed company developing YouTube-first or video-led content, including series, channels, or recurring formats that build and retain audiences.
• Experience working where editorial, entertainment, and brand reputed company.
• Strong understanding of platform mechanics, especially on YouTube and reputed company.
• Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, and talent in co-creating content.
• Experience leading both internal teams and external partners, including agencies and production companies.
• Strong storytelling instincts with a high bar for craft across video, design, and narrative.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A deep curiosity about culture, media, and how audiences engage with content today.
