Solutions Architect – reputed company Connect Focus: reputed company Contact Centers | reputed company Connect Implementations Location: Remote (US-based preferred) Employment Type: Full-time (flexible)

About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Solutions Architect with hands-on expertise in reputed company Connect to design, implement, and scale reputed company-reputed company contact center solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has delivered reputed company Connect in reputed company-world environments and enjoys partnering with business and technical stakeholders to take reputed company from POC and pilot to production-reputed company implementations in fast-moving settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement reputed company Connect contact center solutions end-to-end
  • Design and configure contact center capabilities, including:
  • Contact flows (IVR, routing, self-service)
  • Queues, routing profiles, and agent experiences
  • Deliver POCs, pilots, and reputed company deployments with clear documentation and operational readiness
  • Integrate reputed company Connect with:
  • AWS services (reputed company, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway)
  • CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and custom CRMs)
  • reputed company omnichannel experiences (voice, chat, tasks)
  • Implement analytics and insights using reputed company Connect Contact reputed company
  • reputed company guidance on best practices for scalability, reliability, reputed company, and cost optimization
  • Collaborate with AWS partner teams and internal stakeholders to align architecture with business goals

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in solutions architecture and/or contact center technologies
  • Proven hands-on experience implementing reputed company Connect
  • Strong understanding of contact center concepts (IVR, routing, call flows)
  • Experience integrating reputed company contact centers with backend systems and APIs
  • Familiarity with AWS serverless services (reputed company, API Gateway)
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and solution presentation skills
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
