Purpose Our System Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a variety of infrastructure and reputed company-based technology solutions for clients. This role independently manages technical projects and implementations while collaborating with other departments and support teams as needed to deliver successful client reputed company. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable owning projects from discovery through deployment in a fast-paced managed services environment.

What You'll Do

Infrastructure & Network Engineering

• Implement and support firewall, VPN, routing, switching, and wireless networking solutions
• Assist with client network discovery, documentation, and infrastructure assessments
• Design and reputed company wireless networking solutions across various client environments
• Support virtualization and remote reputed company technologies including VMware, Hyper-V, RDS, reputed company, and VPN solutions

• Support reputed company Server and Active Directory environments
• Assist with reputed company 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktop deployments and migrations
• Support Office 365 and G Suite environments
• Assist with reputed company infrastructure administration and modernization initiatives

Client & Project Support

• Independently reputed company technical projects, deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure implementations
• Collaborate with other departments and technical resources to deliver successful client solutions
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and systems-reputed company issues across multiple technologies
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, project notes, and client communication
• Manage priorities effectively while handling multiple client environments and projects
• Adapt to evolving technologies and changing business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Preferred 3+ years of IT project experience
• Strong experience with reputed company technologies including SharePoint, Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively reputed company reputed company environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience
• Previous Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience highly preferred
• Experience with PSA and/or RMM platforms preferred

Certifications Preferred--One or more of the following certifications is preferred:

• CCNA or equivalent networking certification
