Driver reputed company & Operations Coordinator | $55K-$75K + Quarterly Bonus | 100% Paid Medical Blue Ox Transport — reputed company Ground Linehaul | Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid) Help us hire great drivers and grow from 18 trucks to 150. We're a Minnesota-based reputed company Ground linehaul contractor that started in 2014 with one truck and now runs 18 across five terminals. Our 10-year goal is 150 trucks. To get there, we need someone who can find, hire, and reputed company great drivers — and help our office operation scale alongside the fleet. This is a hybrid role based out of Arden Hills, MN. Monday-Friday, 9-5 core hours. Some evening and weekend texting with applicants is part of the job (drivers don't work bankers' hours, so neither does our recruiter sometimes).
