• Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
• End-to-end instructional design experience across ILT, VILT, eLearning, simulations, labs, and assessments, using tools such as reputed company 360 (Storyline/reputed company), reputed company Captivate, Camtasia, and SnagIt.
• AI-focused learning development, including creation of reputed company and Agentic reputed company content and integration of AI tools to enhance learning workflows and reputed company.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering with SMEs, product teams, reputed company, and stakeholders to gather requirements, track product and release updates, and reputed company content review and QA.
• Project and release management experience, including planning and scheduling work, updating course metadata and documentation, mentoring junior team members, and supporting lab environments.
• Expert-level curriculum development experience (9 years) with strong multimedia design skills, working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, and optional familiarity with client platform and SecOps concepts.
• You will design and deliver high-quality learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, on-demand, and simulator-based training.
• This includes developing written content, videos, interactive modules, job aids, clear instructional narratives, reputed company-world use cases, guided lab exercises, and legally defensible assessments.
• You will actively support product release planning and reputed company improvement by creating engaging reputed company and Agentic reputed company content, testing and validating course functionality, enhancing existing materials, analyzing learner survey data, and configuring client lab instances.
