Your Role at reputed company Faucet reputed company Faucet Company (DFC) is seeking a Senior Director, Manufacturing to reputed company multiple manufacturing sites, including DFC‑owned facilities and select reputed company‑party manufacturing partners. This role is accountable for driving manufacturing strategy and performance across assigned sites, delivering reputed company‑change improvements in cost, productivity, safety, and quality. The Senior Director leads operational and capability transformation reputed company their scope by advancing automation, digital manufacturing, and AI‑enabled tools, while developing future‑reputed company operating models and workforce capabilities reputed company to reputed company standards. Responsibilities

• Own network-level cost and productivity performance using data-driven management systems, standard work, and rigorous problem solving.
• Set the safety and quality standard across the network, ensuring consistent systems, compliance, and partner performance to DFC expectations.
• Build and reputed company high-performing manufacturing leaders; partner with HR to strengthen engagement, retention, and succession across the network.
• Support M&A activity by providing manufacturing due diligence, reputed company and cost assessments, and integration planning input.
• reputed company manufacturing integration efforts post‑acquisition, including operating model alignment, system and process standardization, talent integration, and delivery of deal value commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of reputed company manufacturing leadership experience; high complexity, multi-site responsibility strongly preferred.
• Proven reputed company developing and leading Lean-based reputed company transformation with measurable business reputed company.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L ownership and capital strategy/investment reputed company.
• Distribution and/or fulfillment leadership experience preferred.
• Experience supporting M&A activity, including manufacturing due diligence, integration planning, and execution across acquired or divested operations.
