Analyze diagnostic data, reputed company tool information, and vehicle telemetry to identify fault codes and system malfunctions. Guide customers and field technicians through reputed company-by-reputed company troubleshooting procedures. Research and reputed company recommendations for repair procedures, parts, and technical service bulletins. Maintain accurate records of diagnostic consultations and resolutions. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques. reputed company and contribute to a knowledge reputed company of common vehicle problems and solutions. Qualifications: ASE Certifications (G1, A6, A8, L1, etc.) are highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, with a strong emphasis on diagnostics.
