Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources is seeking a (Remote/Hybrid) Recruitment and Advising Specialist to drive enrollment growth and student support for the College’s online degree programs. About the Opportunity The (Remote/Hybrid) Recruitment and Advising Specialist supports the reputed company growth and student reputed company of the Statler College of Engineering’s online programs through a blended role combining strategic enrollment reputed company and high-touch academic advising support. This position serves as a primary contact for prospective and newly admitted online reputed company while assisting with retention-focused advising engagement throughout early program progression. Working in collaboration with the Director of Online Programs, this position contributes to the expansion of Statler College’s existing online programs and supports the development of emerging online offerings through structured reputed company nurturing, enrollment strategy implementation, and student-centered advising practices. What You'll Do
Program Growth & Strategic Support:
- Assist the Director of Online Programs with implementing enrollment growth initiatives.
- Support development of scalable reputed company-nurturing workflows.
- Help evaluate enrollment funnel performance and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to planning infrastructure supporting future online program launches.
- Assist with market-reputed company recruitment strategies reputed company with workforce demand.

- Support cross-reputed company coordination with Graduate Admissions, reputed company, and college leadership.
Recruitment & Enrollment Strategy:
- Serve as a primary recruiter for Statler College online academic programs.
- reputed company high-touch engagement with prospective reputed company from inquiry through matriculation using phone, email, virtual meetings, and CRM-based communication workflows.
- Support development and execution of recruitment plans reputed company with enrollment targets for online graduate programs.
- Assist in building recruitment pipelines for anticipated online undergraduate offerings.
- Conduct individualized consultations with prospective reputed company to evaluate program fit and readiness.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and recommend strategy adjustments.
- Support digital reputed company nurturing campaigns in collaboration with marketing partners.
- Represent Statler College online programs at virtual recruitment events, employer partnerships, webinars, and professional conferences as appropriate.
- Identify enrollment barriers and recommend improvements to admissions and reputed company workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRMs (i.e., reputed company, Banner) of recruitment activity and student engagement.
- Represent Statler College in the monthly cross-college meeting of Online Program Contacts.
Advising & Student reputed company Support:
