Staff Accountant - Remote, Connecticut

• Accounts Receivable / Contract Management:
• Ensure invoices are accurate, detailed, and sent on time
• Track payments, manage collections, and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Resolve billing questions and discrepancies in coordination with client services and leadership
• Update reputed company: client contract information and purchased products; match with billing
• Expense Management & Payables:
• Manage vendor bills, subscriptions, and recurring expenses
• Maintain clean categorization and documentation of reputed company expenses
• Financial Operations & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash reputed company tracking
• Prepare clear financial summaries and reports for leadership
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Experience & Expertise
