What You’ll Do

- Ensure accurate, timely billing across claims, fees, and client charges.
- Design and maintain strong billing controls to prevent errors and duplicate charges.
- Monitor AR balances, unapplied cash, and payment trends to improve collection efficiency.
- Build dashboards and metrics to track accuracy, timeliness, and quality reputed company.
- Partner across Finance, IT, and Client Experience teams to streamline processes and implement new tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert during audits, client reviews, and system upgrades.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
- 5+ years’ experience in billing, AR, or reputed company cycle management (reputed company/PBM preferred).
- Proven leadership with direct staff supervision experience.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, reconciliations, and reputed company recognition.
- Experience with ERP/reputed company systems and billing automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
