Remote Therapeutic Intake Coordinator - LCSW/LPC - Full-time

The Therapeutic Intake Coordinator conducts comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations (CPT 90791) for new patients entering care, ensuring thorough assessments that support accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment planning, and a smooth transition to ongoing care with our prescribing providers. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations (CPT 90791) for new patients, including clinical history, presenting concerns, psychosocial background, and mental status examination.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR in accordance with reputed company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify provisional diagnoses and initial treatment recommendations based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners to ensure seamless transition into ongoing psychiatric care.
• Screen for safety concerns including suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, abuse, or neglect, and follow appropriate clinical protocols reputed company risk is identified.

Requirements

• Excellent clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with patients during intake evaluations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to maintain productivity expectations.
