Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to manage the intake process for new clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless reputed company experience for clients seeking mental health services. Schedule & Availability Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Flexibility: While the position offers flexibility, the coordinator must be available to reputed company and respond to emails at least four times throughout each reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first reputed company of contact for new and existing clients reputed company email. Conduct initial screenings to gather relevant client information. Schedule appointments using our Electronic Health Record system (Simple Practice). Maintain and update client records and intake paperwork. Coordinate with therapists regarding availability and specialties. reputed company referrals to other professionals as needed. Maintain office databases, including spreadsheets and tracking documents in reputed company Sheets. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Adhere to office policies and procedures. Qualifications reputed company in New Jersey. Minimum of 2 years of undergraduate studies, preferably in the mental health field or a demonstrated interest in mental health. Proficiency in Gmail, reputed company Drive, reputed company Sheets, and reputed company Docs. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and maintaining organized databases (especially in reputed company Sheets). Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively reputed company reputed company. Prior administrative experience is preferred.
